About me

After studying economics and languages English and French, I worked in product management in international corporations for four years. Then came the call from the parental company to take over the position. I managed the company in the veneer industry for more than twenty years and successfully realigned it strategically both nationally and internationally. I have relied on several pillars and developed new products.

In small and medium-sized companies in particular, the company boss is confronted with a wide variety of tasks. Be it purchasing, sales, controlling, human resources, marketing, constant exchange with the production management including the considerations as to which machines have to be bought or how the machines should be set up so that a smooth and efficient production process is guaranteed – and of course everything that needs to be done Management belongs. Over the years I have noticed that something always falls short, the worst is when sales fall short or you don’t care about opening up new markets or product development – especially in times when things are going well , because things can turn out differently quickly. I would like to pass on my experience in these areas to you.

For several years I have been working as a management consultant with a focus on strategic sales planning and corporate development. With my experience as an entrepreneur, I support you in your strategic considerations and decisions.
